IN TERMS OF THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT, 4 OF 2013 ​(“POPI ACT”)

Pandora Credit Solutions respects the privacy of its clients and is committed to protecting all personal information in strict compliance with the POPI Act and its internal Privacy Policy. All information collected and/or stored by Pandora Credit Solutions is provided voluntarily by the client and is used solely for the specific purpose agreed upon between the client and Pandora Credit Solutions. By signing and agreeing hereto, the client consents to the collection, use, storage, and processing of their personal data.

Pandora Credit Solutions will take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is handled securely and lawfully.

The client also agrees to receive relevant marketing material from time to time. Should the client wish to discontinue receiving such communication, they may instruct Pandora Credit Solutions to opt-out and to destroy any personal or identifiable information under its control.

1. Collection and Use of Personal Information

1.1 Pandora Credit Solutions collects, stores, and processes personal information provided by the client, including but not limited to names, identity numbers, contact details, and banking information. Such information is used strictly for the legitimate purpose of providing services in terms of this Agreement and for the proper performance of Pandora Credit Solutions’ business operations.

1.2 Pandora Credit Solutions may process personal information for purposes including (but not limited to):

1.2.1 Delivering the services agreed upon in this Agreement;

1.2.2 Responding to lawful requests from public authorities, court orders, or legal investigations.

2. Sharing of Personal Information

1.3 Pandora Credit Solutions may share personal information with its employees, directors, agents, service providers, and legally required third parties, including regulatory authorities, where disclosure is reasonably necessary for service delivery or legal compliance.

3. Data Retention

1.4 Personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the obligations of this Agreement or as required by law or regulation.

4. Client Rights

1.5 The client has the right to:

1.5.1 Request access to, correction, or deletion of any personal information held by Pandora Credit Solutions;

1.5.2 Request the restriction of processing of personal information;

1.5.3 Object to the processing or further processing of personal information;

1.5.4 Receive and transfer their personal information to another responsible party;

1.5.5 Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator or directly with Pandora Credit Solutions.

5. Compliance

1.6 Both parties to this Agreement agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to data protection and privacy when handling any personal information.

6. Purpose Limitation

1.7 The client provides personal information solely for the purpose of this Agreement and the provision of services by Pandora Credit Solutions. Such information will not be reused, recycled, or reconstructed for unrelated purposes unless required by law or with the client’s prior written consent.
