Variation in Balances and Third-Party Fees
Users are hereby notified that actual outstanding balances may differ from those displayed in this report. This is particularly prevalent in instances where:
- Accounts have been handed over to legal practitioners or debt collection agencies.
- Third-party agents have been appointed to manage the debt, as these entities are legally permitted to add administration, collection, and legal fees in accordance with the National Credit Act.
